Charelvoix the Beautiful!

 Home for summer!

With Denny, Mom, and Pete on Avalanche Hill

Oh yes, Pete went for a business Mohawk, too!

The grape vines covering the back porch have gotten so long it seemed to be that we ate breakfast in a giant tree fort each morning.

Checking out a few of Uncle Frank’s Moroccan rugs.

Watching the sun set over Lake Michigan – one of the most beautiful spots to be on earth! Diane, Ann, Hal, my Dad, and Alison.

Backyard best buddies from waaaayyyyyy back.

 Alison wakeboards!

We picked the coldest day all summer to go wakeboarding – Venetian Saturday! At least we had Lake Charelvoix to ourselves!

It wouldn’t be summer without a small kitchen fire! (just kidding – Dad’s making Oopa! cheese)

Mom and I saw a great dress at the fiber arts fair and so we made one – just take 2 yards of jersey fabric,  cut the arm holes and wrap yourself up – voila! No sewing necessary!

 Lake Michigan

'back in the saddle again' so to say
